Senior Investment Manager (Real Estate) , Family office | 85-90K

Job Description.

  • Hong Kong family office with stable real estate portfolio in Hong Kong
  • Looking to invest in real estate outside Hong Kong
  • Report directly to the Managing Director
  • Strong investment track record is required

about the job.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conduct feasibility study and financial modelling on potential investment opportunities and present to the managing director
  • Conduct market research and investment research in potential area (e.g. UK, SG, Australia)
  • Lead the full acquisition cycle, including sourcing, structuring, underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, documentation and execution





skills & experiences required.

  • Degree in real estate / finance or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate investment and acquisition
  • Strong experience and good track record of in outbound investment in more mature market, e.g. UK, Australia, Singapore etc.
  • Candidates with property developers/ real estate fund background is preferred
