survey information.
The Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) is the most representative and inclusive employer brand research in the world. It is the only study that captures the workforce sentiments towards key employee value proposition factors from employees and job seekers between the ages 18 and 64.
REBR provides unique labour market insights, bringing together:
nearly 163,000 respondents globally
32 markets
The outcomes are based on public perception and focus on two main areas: overall brand awareness and relative attractiveness. This creates a level playing field for all of the commercial companies. The awards are not open for nomination and the results are based solely on the opinions of the local workforce – making it the only award that is truly representing ‘the people’s choice’.
The 2023 REBR in Hong Kong was conducted independently with 2,750 locally-based respondents in January 2023.
