The Senior Director, Account Management will create business strategies, architect and oversee delivery approaches, build successful relationships, and drive business results.Job Responsibilities:Client Management• Develop and maintain key account relationships with the senior/C-level management of FS Institutions, Retail Banking, Fintech, Digital Assets, Insurance and other commercial sectors e.g. property, FMCG and retail • Build technical knowledge of our company offerings to drive multi-stream solutions• Monitor and support delivery of IT projects and programs to ensure an alignment with clients' business objectives • Actively seek and consult clients' satisfaction, obtaining both structured and informal feedback• Identify and develop new opportunities from existing and new clients, with the goal of establishing full service partnership • Maintain active dialogue with clients through weekly/biweekly meetings and quarterly business reviews • Effectively communicate internally and evaluate company capabilities to address IT needs that support client’s business objectives Candidate Requirements: • Having at least 15 years of experience in key account/client relationship management, or senior IT management roles, in the Financial Services domain (preferably having FSI/Retail Banking/Investment Funds/Fintech/Insurance clientele) • A proven track record of acquiring technical knowledge in IT projects (within a management level will be an advantage) or as a Program Manager • Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team • Strong business acumen, hands-on strategic skills and technical background with an ability on key account management
