    A leading technology company with a focus on the energy sector is looking for a CFO to assist with their IPO plans either in the US or Hong Kong. The main duties will be the above but also assisting on their growth plans in mainland China which will be through M&A. Leading a team in Beijing and Shanghai and reporting directly to the Board and the CEO, this is perfect for someone who has the aim to be a key part of this companies continued rapid expansions. What does the role involve? Reporting to the CEO, you will play a strategic business partnering role in working with the leadership team in setting business plans for all future development.As the business is aiming to go IPO, the CFO will have an immediate task of preparing the finances of the business for an IPO exercise in the coming years.You will proactively approach and drive the financial markets handling banking, financing, and investor exercises.In addition, you will be the key leader in heading up the finance team, and also enhancing the: reporting procedures, cash flow management, annual budgeting process, EPR systems as well as active involvement with lawyers and auditors.You will also ensure all processes are compliant with all legal, statutory regulations, audit, and tax requirements.Lastly, all presentations to the board will be conducted by yourself in either English or MandarinWhat experience do you need? Experience in completing IPO's and ideally M&A's in an inhouse capacityWorking before in a commercial company is essentialPossess excellent leadership skills and strong business acumenExcellent communication skills in English and Chinese is highly desirable.U.S Listing exprienceWhat next?
