survey information.

The Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) is the most representative and inclusive employer brand research in the world. It is the only study that captures the workforce sentiments towards key employee value proposition factors from employees and job seekers between the ages 18 and 64.

This is an independent survey with more than 170,000 respondents across 16 sectors and more than 6,000 companies surveyed worldwide.

The outcomes are based on public perception and focus on two main areas: overall brand awareness and relative attractiveness. This creates a level playing field for all of the commercial companies. The awards are not open for nomination and the results are based solely on the opinions of the local workforce – making it the only award that is truly representing ‘the people’s choice’.

The 2025 REBR in Hong Kong was conducted independently with 2,599 locally-based respondents in January 2025 - March 2025.
