Human ResourcesResponsible for human resources administration including corporate card administration, new hire on boarding arrangement, reference check, seating arrangement, staff exit coordination, update of HRIS on employee dataResponsible for staff benefit administration and staff wellness programResponsible for internship arrangement including but not limited to connecting with universities and hiring channels with mentors and students located overseas, contract arrangement, interview, visa arrangement, onboarding and orientation arrangements, etcAssist in performance management process and any HRIS projectsAssist in any HR programs including training and development, HR initiatives, HR programs, etc.Actively participate in and organize staff activities to work closely with colleagues and promote staff relations and moraleAssist in part-time and temporary staff hire and arrangementHandle work visa and related statutory requirements to ensure compliance of employment requirements in different jurisdictionsAdministrationWork closely with Receptionist and Tea Lady on office administration arrangement including procurement of office supplies/facilities, maintenance and office administration services.Administer tenancy arrangement and payment processing for offices by working closely with the Accounting and Finance teamAssist in office renovation and office maintenance arrangementskills & experiences required.Bachelor degree in business, human resources, or related disciplines5 years’ relevant office administration & human resources administration experienceSome experience in office renovation and office project coordination, and HR administration including onboarding, visa application, recruitment arrangement and staff activities/HR program coordinationPrevious experience in working with multinational and dynamic environmentExperience in using HRIS is preferred
