To support its expansion across the local market, they are calling for an architect to join their team as an Assistant Project Manager based in HK for the upcoming commercial & hospitality development projects. about the role Reporting to the project management team leader, you can expect your major responsibilities to be the following: You will involve in the architectural planning and design coordination, design management, budget control, project planning, research, etc. to make sure the project is completed within planned schedule and cost as well as meeting relevant standardsInvolve in advising and monitoring the consultants for design deliverables, explore design options and ensuring the architectural design is up to standardInvolve in project management to ensure the cost, programme and quality of the project with the support from construction management professionalsConducting research to explore the potential planning and development of future projects in HK Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders including but not limited to government authorities, consultants, contractors, internal departmentsOffer technical advice and conduct research on regulations and requirements of overseas new development projectsrequirements & qualificationsDegree holder in Architecture or equivalentProfessional architectural qualification, e.g. MHKIA, RIBA or equivalent is preferred but not necessaryWith around 6-13 years of practical experience of architectural design & project managementSolid experience in A&A and new building for commercial office, mall, hospitality, cultural, residential projects in HK are preferredCandidate with both design management and project management experience is preferredClient side experience is a bonus; candidates from architectural practices are also welcomeStrong presentation, planning and management skills with an analytical mindFluent spoken and written Cantonese and EnglishKnowledge in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.Interested parties please apply the job by clicking the appropriate link with your updated resume with project list and salary details to caridee.wong@randstad.com.hk.
