About the company
Our client is a premium property developer with a long standing history in HK and APAC. To cope with their business needs, they have a newly added headcount looking for a high caliber project manager to join their team.
About the role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for handling full cycle project management of workplace A&A and fitting out projects, starting from project planning, tendering to execution, coordination with internal and external parties, monitoring contractors and consultants’ performance for a smooth project delivery.
What you’ll need
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building Surveying or equivalent
- 6+ years of relevant experience in handling workplace A&A / fitting out projects
- Independent, able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
- Business proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
