Our client is a listed healthcare company with extensive market coverage. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for an Assistant Property Manager to look after their corporate office building.
About the role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be the in-charge looking after the commercial premises on day to day property management operations, including but not limited to building management, office administration, budgeting, quotations and tendering, coordination with internal stakeholders and monitoring of external contractors, vendors for an efficient site management.
What you’ll need
- Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management or equivalent
- 8+ years of relevant experience in property management, candidates with experience handling commercial properties would be a huge plus
- Independent, able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
- Business proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
