My client is a FB brand in China. As they expand our presence in Hong Kong, they are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join their overseas team, helping them secure prime locations for our new outlets.

As the leasing manager, your primary responsibilities will include identifying, negotiating, and securing leasing opportunities for new stores in Hong Kong. You will negotiate lease terms and conditions to ensure favorable agreements for the company. Additionally, you will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders involved in the leasing process..
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or real estate, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating lease agreements in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of the Hong Kong retail landscape and consumer market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is preferred.
