As a Team Assistant, your responsibilities include:
Master the Schedule: Manage complex, shifting calendars and coordinate international travel across various time zones.
Managing Stakeholders: Act as a professional liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Operations & Expenses: Seamlessly handle expense reporting, document preparation, and logistics for meetings or events.
Admin Support: Assist with research, presentation decks, and ad-hoc projects to keep the leadership teams moving at pace.
skills & experience required.
Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally within professional services, finance, or a multinational corporate environment.
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Fluent English,Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
The Mindset: You are detail-oriented to a fault, discrete with confidential data, and have the "grit" to handle a fast-paced environment
