As the Administration Manager, you will take full ownership of corporate administration, facilities, and team management across multiple locations. Your core responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily administrative and facility operations
- Managing, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of the administrative team and technical staff.
- Leading comprehensive facility management initiatives, ensuring all office spaces meet top safety and operational standards.
- Driving robust vendor management processes, including negotiating service level agreements (SLAs), managing contracts, and evaluating external contractors.
- Coordinating logistics, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation for smooth, uninterrupted business operations.
- Formulating and implementing administrative policies to streamline workflows and improve cost efficiency.
skills & experience required.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A minimum of 5–8 years of corporate administration experience, ideally gained within a large organisation.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership capacity, with demonstrated strength in team management.
- Solid practical experience in facility management and vendor management, specifically handling corporate properties or staff housing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all corporate levels.
- A highly proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving capabilities and the agility to handle simultaneous projects.
- Fluency in English, with professional proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin being highly advantageous.
