Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management and the broader business support department.
Coordinate complex schedules, calendars, appointments, and corporate meetings to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage professional correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and distributing key business communications.
Maintain, organise, and digitise departmental records and sensitive documents for seamless access.
Assist in the rigorous preparation of business reports, executive presentations, and other corporate materials.
Handle general office operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and overseeing office equipment.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows.
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and strong execution in all aspects of work.
skills & experience required.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally gained within a bank or financial institution.
Proven track record of providing high-level administrative support within a fast-paced professional services setting.
Demonstrated strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; fluency in local languages is highly advantageous.
An adaptable, reliable, and execution-driven approach to handling multiple tasks simultaneously under minimal supervision.
Prior knowledge of the financial services sector is preferred but not essential.
