You will join a dynamic Regional HR Operations and Technology team supporting Asia-Pacific entities. The team operates in a collaborative, cross-functional environment working closely with regional business stakeholders, IT specialists, and external software vendors. It values continuous improvement, professional development, and high delivery standards in driving HR technology initiatives.
about the job.
- Assist in leading regional HRIS rollout, enhancement, and system optimization projects across APAC entities.
- Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, and production deployment activities for HR modules.
- Gather, document, and translate business and HR requirements into functional project specifications.
- Manage day-to-day project schedules, track milestones, and prepare progress reports for regional HR leadership.
- Collaborate with IT teams and system vendors to resolve system bugs, integration issues, and change requests.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and conduct change management sessions for end-users and HR personnel.
skills & experiences required.
- University degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS support, HR project management, or HR technology implementation within financial services or corporate environments.
- Hands-on experience with Tier-1 HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft.
- Strong project management fundamentals, with demonstrated experience supporting system rollout lifecycles and UAT coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities in multicultural environments.
