- Manage end-to-end HR functions for regional headquarters and operational sites, spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Provide first-line advisory to management on Hong Kong Labour Law, EOC regulations, and regional market trends.
- Oversee talent acquisition and candidate shortlisting while managing direct recruitment channels and external recruitment agency partners.
- Design and align competitive compensation, secondary benefits, and benchmark packages in collaboration with tax and legal specialists for overseas hiring.
- Lead vendor negotiations for employee secondary benefits, including medical and life insurance plans.
- Prepare and coordinate annual and midterm performance review cycles across regional entities.
- Drive employee engagement, staff wellness initiatives, health & safety policies, and company activity calendars.
- Serve as an internal trust contact and coordinate with external legal advisors on official workplace matters or complaints.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably gained within a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related local labor regulations.
- Proven track record in handling multi-cultural HR issues, staff engagement, and end-to-end recruitment.
- Proficient in HR systems and direct recruitment platforms.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
