To support this growth, the organization is strengthening its executive leadership in Hong Kong and seeking a commercially focused HR Director to drive group-wide organizational scale and performance.

Reporting directly to Executive Leadership, the HR Director will serve as the senior HR authority across the corporate group. Based in Hong Kong in a newly created headcount, you will lead group-wide people strategies while building out the local corporate HR team.
This role balances high-level strategic governance across international operating entities with hands-on organizational design, talent development, and culture creation.

- Group Strategy & Governance: Formulate multi-year HR strategies aligned with global business expansion; design and standardize group-wide HR policies, compliance frameworks, and performance evaluation systems.
- International Leadership & Team Building: Oversee regional HR managers across overseas entities (Asia and US markets); hire, develop, and lead the newly established corporate HR function at the Hong Kong headquarters.
- Organizational Design & Operational Efficiency: Partner with executive leadership to optimize organizational structures across corporate functions and regional manufacturing sites; streamline talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Cross-Cultural Alignment: Establish a unified global talent framework that balances centralized corporate standards with local labor laws and cultural practices across international business units.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Foster a dynamic, high-performance, and harmonious work environment across diverse functional groups (R&D, sales, engineering, and manufacturing operations).
- Strategic Advisory & ER Management: Serve as an executive advisor on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational change; manage complex employee relations and regional compliance matters.
key requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university;
- Experience: 10+ years of comprehensive HR leadership experience,ideally in a regional/global role.
- Industry Background: HR leadership experience in high-tech manufacturing, electronics, telecommunications hardware, industrial equipment, or related precision engineering sectors.
- Cross-Border Scope: Proven track record managing multi-country HR operations across Asia and North America, with a strong grasp of regional labor regulations and cross-cultural team management.
- Scale & Transformation: Experience building HR teams from the ground up and guiding organizations through periods of rapid headcount growth or business transformation.
- Languages: Full professional fluency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese (spoken and written) is required to engage with regional teams and executive leadership.
