- Partner with the HR Project Manager to support system stabilisation, process optimisation, and ongoing Workday enhancement initiatives.
- Conduct process health checks across core HR functions (e.g., Hiring, Onboarding, Leave) to eliminate bottlenecks and manual workarounds.
- Review, refine, and configure Workday modules to improve operational governance, system efficiency, and overall user experience.
- Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into functional Workday system specifications.
- Build and deliver interactive dashboards, custom reports, and workforce analytics to drive data-informed decision-making for leadership.
- Establish and manage a Tier 2 support triage process to troubleshoot user issues, configuration errors, and day-to-day tickets.
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for system updates, new features, and integrations.
- Oversee technical enhancements and integration maintenance between Workday HCMS and PeopleSoft Payroll.
- Maintain data integrity by conducting routine audits, deduplicating records, and ensuring accurate historical data migration.
- Ensure all system configurations and HR processes align with internal governance standards and the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
skills & experiences required.
- 4–6 years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment.
- Proven track record in post-go-live enhancement, system stabilisation, or Workday implementation projects.
- Strong technical proficiency in Workday modules, custom reporting, calculated fields, and dashboard creation.
- Strong working knowledge of local statutory requirements, specifically the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills with keen attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills in English to engage effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
