... - Process and check all clerical works relating to treasury market transactions.
- Handle routine administrative duties, including credit facility administration and counterparty ID registration within internal operating systems.
- Perform day-to-day operational duties such as preparing and checking payments, confirming trade details with counterparties, and posting account entries.
- Prepare and verify all securities transactions to ensure strict compliance with Head Office and local regulatory requirements.
- Address and resolve internal and external enquiries regarding treasury products settlement.
- Support management on ad hoc operational tasks and projects as assigned.
skills & experience required.
- HKDSE level or above; a university degree holder with less experience will also be highly considered.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in treasury marketing settlement and operations within a banking environment.
- Proven technical knowledge of operating RTGS-SWIFTNet and SWIFT Alliance systems.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; advanced skills in VBA, MS Excel Macro, or Alteryx will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
