Conduct customer profile set-up and necessary onboarding procedures for client account opening.
Handle client account maintenance requests, including customer profile updates, changes of directors, or authorised signers in the core banking system.
Process client account closures efficiently and accurately.
Perform general clerical duties including client notification letters preparation, document scanning, and filing.
Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management review.
Participate in system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned.
Liaise with frontline teams and other supporting units on documentation-related matters, including FATCA and CRS compliance requirements.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably majoring in business administration, finance, or related subjects.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the financial industry, with a focus on account opening, client onboarding, and data management.
Fluent in English (both speaking and writing); strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; prior knowledge of Excel VBA is a distinct advantage.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
General knowledge of commercial bank account documentation and regulatory requirements.
