We're currently partnering with a reputable Consumer goods organization in looking for a newly created Global Sales Director to manage and expand global distribution for the total product portfolio

Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a sizeable team, you will be responsible in developing and managing the distribution channel on a global scale, with close collboration with distributors in different regions/countries.

• Lead the the development and execution of strategy for sales distribution ensuring optimal shelf placement and promotional effectiveness to achieve sales objectives
• Act as the primary negotiator for annual terms and partnership plans with channel partners
• Evaluate and refine distribution models to ensure maximum reach across the international market
• In-depth market landscape analysis to identify potential sales channels to expand sales growth and brand awareness in respective region. .
• Lead the sales team to drive continuous growth and develop a positive and high performance culture
• P&L ownership, mange full commercial budget, including trade spend, listing fees, and promotional allowances, ensuring a healthy positive ROI.

• Degree holder
• Minimum 10 years of sales/account management experience specifically within the Food & Beverage or FMCG
• Experience in managing distributors on global and/or regional scope
• Proven experience managing, expanding and leading sales teams.
• Results driven, numerical and strong negotiation skills
• People-oriented, adaptable and strong business accumen
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
