- Drive room bookings and leasing targets by leading property tours, responding to student inquiries, and closing tenancy agreements.
- Plan and execute vibrant social events, orientation activities, and wellness programs to foster a connected, inclusive resident community.
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, assist with move-in/move-out logistics, and handle student inquiries to ensure a safe, high-quality living environment.
- Build strong relationships with universities, student unions, study-abroad agencies, and educational partners to drive referral leads.
