You will lead and grow a team of UHNW advisors, private banking partners, and legal specialists. Reporting directly to the Hong Kong CEO, you will create an energetic, performance-driven culture while building strong relationships with private banks, external asset managers (EAMs), and insurance companies.

- Drive and execute the Taiwan market strategy with full P&L ownership, driving revenue growth, market share, and platform scalability.
- Build strong partnerships with private banks, family offices, EAMs, and insurance partners.
- Develop, structure, and close complex UHNW deals, including wealth preservation, premium financing, and cross-border trust solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end local business operations, ensuring operational excellence across sales servicing, underwriting coordination, and documentation quality.
skills & experience required.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in insurance, brokerage, wealth management, or financial services.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in senior management or business leadership.
- Proven track record of managing a major UHNW client portfolio (e.g., annual premiums of USD 5 million+)
- Deep knowledge of Taiwan insurance regulations, corporate governance, and risk management.
- Fluent Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
