Take full ownership of strategic B2B e-commerce accounts, including major platforms like HKTVmall and specialized boutique e-retailers or digital sectors.
Drive commercial roadmaps, Joint Business Plans, product assortment planning, and promotional calendars to deliver exponential revenue growth.
Ensure online store excellence by continuously optimizing digital content, SEO/SEM strategies, product assortments, and customer ratings.
Leverage campaign performance metrics to translate complex data insights into actionable on-site and off-site sales and marketing strategies.
Partner with regional APAC teams and local divisions (Sales, Operations, Digital Marketing) to ensure flawless campaign execution.
skills & experiences required.
Minimum 5 years of sales or key account management experience, ideally within the FMCG, E-retail, or consumer goods sectors.
Proven track record of managing major local e-commerce platforms (i.e. HKTVmall) and working with 3rd party distributors or online retail partners.
Solid experience in planning on-site and off-site retail promotions
Analytical mindset with high fluency in using data for sales forecasting, demand planning, and business analysis.
