Assist in preparing capability statements, pitch decks, and formal proposal responses.
Update and maintain marketing materials, partner profiles, and transaction records.
Conduct basic market and company research to support business development meetings.
Coordinate the logistics for legal directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500).
Maintain client data accuracy within the firm’s CRM database.
Help organize client seminars, webinars, and hospitality events.

degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related field.
1–3 years of B2B marketing (Experience in law firms or professional services is a plus; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with an eye for neat formatting.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Proactive team player with the professional maturity to communicate with senior stakeholders.
