We're partnering with a global consumer brand in a newly created position to develop and drive their branding strategies on a global scale.

Leading a team you will be responsible in the framework development, planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive the awareness and positive growth of the total portfolio utilizing a range of marketing channels

Responsible in defining the brand strategy and planning across different marketing channels of the respective region to drive brand presence and revenue growth for total brand portfolio
Initiate, develop and execute a effective omnichannel strategy (ATL, BTL, digital, social media etc.) to drive brand awareness and growth across existing and emerging online/offline channels
Research and identify white-space opportunities within the respective region taking into consideration of the macroeconomy, audience, consumer behaviour etc. to drive and develop the brand awareness and presence
Responsible in managing and leading cross-regional marketing teams and external creative agencies to ensure brand plans and guidelines are aligned and executed consistently.
Measure and evaluate campaigns to ensure positive ROI across different marketing channels and platforms
Lead the marketing team to drive continuous development and effective branding campaigns for the total portfolio

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder in business or related discipline
8+ years brand marketing experience focusing on FMCG category, preferably within the food & beverage category
Experience in end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns
Regional and/or international marketing exposure is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation and project management
Passionate, self-motivated and diligent
Strong people and team leadership
Fluent in Chinese and English, additional language is a bonus
