Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics for major legal directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR), including drafting narratives, tracking deadlines, and setting up partner interviews.
Assist in drafting press releases, coordination with media contacts, and tracking regional press coverage for major deal announcements and firm milestones.
Write and edit high-quality bilingual content for internal newsletters, client alerts, firm website updates, and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, WeChat).
Update and maintain the firm’s core marketing assets, including practice brochures, partner profiles, and transaction records.
Monitor legal industry trends, news, and competitor Public Relationship activities to provide updates to the wider team.

skills & experiences required.

Degree in Linguistics, Languages, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Around 2 years of corporate marketing, Public relationship, or communications experience (Experience within a law firm, professional services agency, or corporate B2B environment is highly preferred).
Strong academic or practical background in Linguistics or Translation is a significant advantage due to the heavy emphasis on bilingual precision, proofreading, and copywriting.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage strict editorial and submission deadlines.
