About the Job
This is a 1-year contract, junior-level position focusing on business development support, pitch preparation, and regional marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
Pitch & Proposal Support: Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting high-quality pitch materials, capability statements, and presentation decks for practice partners.
Event & Seminar Support: Provide hands-on assistance in coordinating regional events, seminars, and webinars, including managing invitation lists, tracking RSVPs, preparing event collateral, and offering on-site logistics support.
Database Management: Maintain the firm’s CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of BD activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
Team Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider regional M&BD team on cross-functional projects as required.
Skills & Experiences Required
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Translation, Law, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience. Prior internships or junior experience within a professional services environment is highly preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin). Excellent proofreading and translation skills are essential for pitch formatting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is a must. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
