Assist in maintaining and monitoring credit lines provided to corporate and commercial clients.
Handle end-to-end account opening, maintenance, and related correspondence.
Manage daily transaction operations and maintain proactive communication with customers.
Execute rigorous account reviews, including trigger event reviews, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
Manage the reactivation process for dormant accounts in compliance with regulatory standards.
Accompany Relationship Managers on periodic customer visits to update client profiles and identify new business opportunities.
Facilitate robust credit risk control and ensure all activities meet internal and external audit requirements.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 1-2 years of solid experience in marketing or credit within the banking industry.
Strong understanding of KYC/CDD procedures and Hong Kong banking regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
