As a Senior Manager, your core focus will be bridging the gap between complex investment strategies and diverse distribution networks. You will act as a key technical spokesperson and business advisor to promote the firm's robust fund lineup, pensions, and wealth portfolios.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Investment Communication & Distribution Engagement: Speak dynamically at high-level investment seminars and lead specialized training sessions for agents, distributors, and clients. You will articulate market trends and complex fund features in both professional and easily digestible layman's terms.
- Strategic Growth & Marketing Execution: Formulate innovative fund sales strategies, establish clear communication plans , and coordinate specialized marketing events to drive strong awareness of the firm's investment capabilities.
- Cross-Functional & Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner closely with internal regional business units and marketing teams to actively drive and promote pension frameworks and investment-linked portfolios.
- Platform Innovation: Support the active development of web- and app-based sales and client engagement tools to systematically optimize user experience and distribution efficiency.
- Stakeholder Relationship Governance: Serve as the central point of contact for investment- and fund-related inquiries , handle feedback from key stakeholders , and collaborate across internal departments to address complex technical queries. You will leverage these client insights to advise senior leadership on strategic business gaps and new opportunities.
- Collateral & Content Production: Direct the creation and design of premium, investor-facing fund sales literature and training modules , while drafting institutional-grade market commentaries.

- Professional Longevity: A minimum of 10 years of intensive experience across fund sales, investment marketing, and/or product consulting within financial institutions or financial services sectors.
- Academic & Professional Credentials: A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a highly related analytical discipline. Possessing an advanced professional qualification such as a CFA or CAIA charter is highly preferred.
- Regulatory Readiness: Currently holding, or fully eligible to hold, Hong Kong SFC Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) representative licenses.
- Domain Expertise: Comprehensive market knowledge covering the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) landscape, mutual fund structures, and general wealth management products.
- Technical Savvy: An in-depth, functional understanding of standard fund analytical platforms, including Morningstar, Bloomberg, and/or Lipper. Demonstrated experience managing project-based workflows is highly desirable.
- Communication & Collaboration: Elite communication skills with professional fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. A strong team player who possesses the excellent coordination skills required to thrive within an international, multi-cultural corporate environment.
