key responsibilities.
- AUM Growth & Capital Mobilization: Proactively leverage your existing market connections and network of HNWIs, family offices, or corporate clients to onboard net new assets (AUM).
- Bespoke Portfolio Advisory: Partner closely with internal investment committees, portfolio managers, and product specialists to design tailored multi-asset investment strategies, discretionary mandates, and exclusive alternative product structures (PE/VC/Hedge Funds) for your clients.
- Pipeline Acceleration: Formulate and execute aggressive client-acquisition strategies, moving warm prospects through the onboarding pipeline with high velocity and total compliance.
- Client Relationship Governance: Act as the trusted financial quarterback for your clients, delivering continuous portfolio updates, macroeconomic insights, and multi-custody reporting.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of professional integrity, ensuring all onboarding, KYC, AML, and suitability reviews strictly adhere to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulations and internal risk protocols.

Diverse Financial Background: 3–10+ years of successful client-facing experience within Private Wealth Management, Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Premium Financial Intermediaries, or Top-Tier Multi-Family Offices.
The "Uncompromised" Requirement: A proven, verifiable track record of asset gathering (AUM growth) and an established, active pipeline of clients across Greater China or international markets.
Market Connections: Deep, existing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, single-family offices, or institutional investors who trust your financial stewardship.
Product Literacy: A solid understanding of global financial markets, asset allocation frameworks, and a broad range of investment instruments (including standard equities/fixed income, structured solutions, and alternative assets).
Work Ethic & Mindset: An entrepreneurial, self-starting, and highly commercial attitude.
Languages: Fluency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred to capture cross-border wealth flows across the region; Cantonese proficiency is an asset.
Licensing: Currently holding, or eligible to hold, SFC Type 1, 4, or 9 licenses.
