about the job.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned key accounts and identify expansion opportunities across on-trade channels, specifically HORECA, major F&B and hotel groups,bars,fitness and gym centers,schools and workplace.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key business partners and distributors to ensure deep market coverage.
- Implement effective channel promotion plans and manage trade spending within the allocated budget to ensure long-term account profitability.
- Act as the authentic, highly credible face of the brand, nurturing relationships with local influencers, venue operators, and promotional agencies.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder more than 1 year of sales experience within FMCG.
- Familiar with on-trade channels,specifically HORECA, major F&B and hotel groups,bars,fitness and gym centers,schools and workplace.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities to manage complex partnerships.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Note: Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Sales Executive title.
