about the job.
- Lead projects related to the design, implementation, and support of campus network infrastructure, focusing on wireless networks, wired networks, and network security.
- Handle day-to-day network operations, maintenance, and incident handling to ensure reliable and high-quality Wi-Fi and wired services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors on network installation and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with management and business stakeholders regarding project and support issues.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree within relevant engineering disciplines
- 5-10 years experience in enterprise-level network operations within large organisations in complex routing environments, specifically using BGP and OSPF.
- Extensive experience in the full life-cycle of routing and switching, including planning, design, and migration.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale Wi-Fi deployments involving hundreds of Access Points.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking mindset to optimise systems for long-term success.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is required.
