... - HR Reporting & Analytics: Act as the regional data specialist to compile, analyze, and produce timely HR metrics (headcount, turnover, forecasts, absence, and exit interviews) and collaborate with the central team to enhance reporting frameworks.
- HRIS Management: Support the Head of HR Projects in executing end-to-end HRIS activities from system design to go-live across APAC markets.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Act as the primary regional control point to maintain high data integrity across all HR systems and platforms.
- Process Optimization: Serve as a subject matter expert to provide guidelines to local country HR teams, identify data gaps, and design user-friendly documentation and process manuals.
- C&B Support: Coordinate regional budget exercises by consolidating and auditing local country data, and support the regional Compensation Review Process (CRP) through data entry and remuneration analysis.
- HR Control & Policy: Assist in implementing regional HR policies, developing control frameworks, executing compliance checks, and managing remediation timelines.
- Internal Communication: Maintain and update the regional HR communication portal, and design engaging internal marketing materials for regional HR initiatives.
skills & experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of professional experience within an HR function, focusing on HR reporting, control, project management, or HRIS management
- Prior experience working within a multi-location, international, or corporate environment (experience within a financial institution or banking environment is highly advantageous)
- Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management
- Hands-on experience with major HR systems; specific knowledge of Workday or Oracle HCM is a significant advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an agile environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; native or professional fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, with proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin being a plus
