In this dual-track role, you will serve as both a strategic Business Partner and an operational Generalist. You will be instrumental in supporting headcount growth and organisational restructuring, bridging the requirements of a corporate headquarters with a large-scale, automated industrial facility.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a key consultant to stakeholders on talent development and organisational design during the Group’s transition into new product categories.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, targeting FMCG specialists, R&D, and supply chain professionals to support business expansion.
- Manufacturing & Regional Operations: Oversee HR functions for the listed entity and its automated processing site, overseeing payroll and labor relations for a large technical workforce.
- Policy & Compliance: Modernize HR policies ensuring strict alignment with regional legal standards, corporate governance, and industrial safety/hygiene protocols.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that bridge legacy manufacturing traditions with a modern, high-growth FMCG culture.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5 – 8 years of solid HR management experience; background in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Industrial Operations is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, and statutory regulations.
- Proven track record in managing both white-collar and blue-collar workforce within a listed company or group environment.
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred, with an excellent command of English and Cantonese.
- A proactive, grounded mindset with the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments.
