about the job.As a key partner to senior management, you will lead the entire HR function. You will balance long-term team planning with daily, hands-on HR operations to support a fast-paced investment business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with management on organizational design and human capital planning.
C&B & Budgeting: Formulate HR budgets, manage payroll/tax compliance, and lead market benchmarking and annual bonus reviews.
Talent & Development: Drive specialized recruitment, manage succession planning, and design productivity-driven training.
Performance & Alignment: Oversee KPI setting and appraisals while streamlining policies between the local entity and the parent group.

Profile Required

Minimum 10 years of all-round HR experience, with at least 3 years at a managerial level within asset management, banking, or financial MNCs.
Degree holder, preferably in HR, Business, or related disciplines.
Expert knowledge of local Labour Ordinances, strong people management skills, and high data accuracy.
Professional fluency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a must for parent group collaboration.
