... - Project manage and draft complex, high-value formal RFPs, pitches, and capability statements tailored strictly to the Corporate & Finance practice.
- Structure, write, and visually elevate bespoke presentation decks for critical client beauty parades and pitches.
- Work directly with practice partners to define pitch strategies, refine client-facing messaging, and coordinate fee proposals.
- Deliver all pitches, tenders, and presentation materials in high-quality English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
- Own the compilation of submissions for major publications like Chambers, Legal 500, and IFLR, and prepare partners for researcher interviews.
- Maintain and update the core suite of Corporate & Finance marketing assets, including practice profiles, deal sheets, and partner CVs.
- Support regional client development through relationship mapping, target research, and post-pitch feedback analysis.
- Plan and execute client seminars, webinars, and thought leadership releases (deal announcements, legal alerts) tailored to the finance sector.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related discipline.
- 5 years of marketing and business development (M&BD) experience, strictly within a professional services environment.
- Proven track record in project managing complex, end-to-end formal RFPs and pitching processes.
- Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior partners.
