Partner with BD and communications teams to ensure event concepts align with the firm's commercial goals and client-targeting strategies.
Oversee all event operations, including venue sourcing, luxury catering selection, AV/technical production setups, and budget management.
Manage invitation workflows, guest list segmentation, and RSVP tracking utilizing the firm's CRM database.
Direct the creation of sophisticated digital and print event materials, ensuring strict compliance with global brand standards.
Seamlessly coordinate with senior practice partners and external speakers to manage rehearsal schedules and event briefings.
skills & experiences required.
Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3 years of corporate event management experience, strictly within a professional services environment (e.g., law firms, Big 4, investment banking, or premium corporate B2B corporate settings).
An academic background or strong interest in Linguistics/Languages is a plus, as the role requires a sharp eye for bilingual event invitations and marketing collateral.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) to handle regional vendors and international corporate guests.
Exceptional project management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines under pressure.
