Handle end-to-end transactions related to export bills collection and negotiation independently.
Conduct meticulous document checking, AML processing, and verification for trade transactions.
Execute term loan, syndication, trade loan processing, acceptance, and settlement operations.
Manage unpaid issues, settlement disputes, and the advising and transfer of Letters of Credit (LC).
Check export bills documentation with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
Maintain and enhance department service standards, work quality, and overall operational efficiency.
Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders and related departments to strengthen operational workflows.
Ensure all trade finance activities are conducted in strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory rules.
Perform other ad hoc operational duties as directed by the Head of Operations to support the department.
skills & experiences required.
Form 6 graduate or above with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant operations experience within the commercial banking industry, specifically focused on trade finance and export bills.
Deep technical knowledge of international trade rules, including UCP 600, URC 522, and ISBP, alongside trade loan processing mechanics.
Strong proficiency in standard PC operations and banking software applications.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail, capable of working independently under minimal supervision
