Monitor daily operational transactions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Consolidate and prepare regular departmental reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI).
Handle business-as-usual (BAU) tasks concerning external audits, bank confirmation processing, and charge waiver applications.
Assist in managing bank-wide projects, system enhancements, and strategic assignments.
Assist with the regular review and update of departmental policies, procedures, work manuals, and application forms.
Collect and process highly confidential documentation to ensure absolute compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
Perform essential administrative tasks and provide operational support for other departments as required.
Handle ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by senior management.

Degree holder in business administration, finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant operations management experience within the banking industry.
Demonstrated analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across internal departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is mandatory.
