- Leading the end-to-end execution of fund launches, corporate events, market setups, and documentation reviews across international jurisdictions.
- Collaborating within a "follow-the-sun" operating model to keep key stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Product, and Trading Operations) aligned on international trading readiness.
- Monitoring foreign market regulatory changes, evaluating potential operational risks, conducting due diligence, and escalating key issues as appropriate.
- Working closely with external custodians and internal Asset Management and Fund Operations units to ensure local market mandates are executed accurately.
- Leveraging modern business intelligence tools to automate workflows, streamline operational processes, and strengthen internal controls.
- Maintaining strict data integrity across internal operational platforms to ensure accurate system setups.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 4+ years of financial services experience, ideally centered in Middle Office operations or fund administration.
- Solid hands-on experience with fund onboarding, global custody operations, and market openings, with specialized knowledge of APAC market requirements considered a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to drive efficiency.
- A track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and successfully implementing process improvements and risk controls.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with an ability to manage diverse internal and external relationships effectively.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities, capable of steering concurrent long-term deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-starter approach backed by strong critical thinking skills and evidence-based decision making.
