A reputable consulting firm is looking for a structured and organised Secretary to manage daily office administrative workflows and handle some personal administrative duties for the Chairman.

You will join a focused and supportive office administration team, working closely with the management support staff.

Execute routine office administrative duties, including document filing, data entry, and sorting daily corporate correspondence.
Handle the Chairman’s personal administrative portfolios, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing of personal expense claims.
Manage personal hotel & transportation arrangement
Maintain office inventory by monitoring and ordering stationery, pantry supplies, and basic equipment.
Assist in coordinating with internal team members and external vendors to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in secretary, team assistant, or office administration roles.
Proven track record of handling confidential personal data, basic bookkeeping, or expense processing.
Excellent organisational skills with a practical, execution-driven approach to routine administrative tasks.
Comfortable balancing a mix of corporate office tasks and personal administrative errands.
Stable, reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently during standard office hours
Good communication skills with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
