- Provide comprehensive administrative and management support to the Agency Digital & Administration department.
- Coordinate and execute logistics for corporate roadshows and agency events across various Hong Kong locations.
- Assist in digital project coordination, ensuring administrative workflows align with new digital tools.
- Manage office administration tasks including document processing, scheduling, and internal communications.
- Prepare operational reports and presentations for senior management review.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or marketing support.
- Proven experience in supporting roadshows or large-scale corporate events is highly preferred.
- Strong digital literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in digital transformation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese are essential.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Immediately available candidates or those on a short notice period will be prioritised for this 1-year renewable contract.
