• Manage the production of property sales brochures and ensure updates every 3 months to comply with relevant ordinances.

• Work closely with architects and solicitors on compliance-checking workflows.

• Establish frameworks for all sales and marketing materials to ensure full alignment with regulatory rules.

• Assist in preparing pre-sale consent documents, DMC, and various conveyancing paperwork.

• Oversee project model making and monitor the setup of sales offices/show flats, ensuring all disclaimers are properly placed.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

• 5 years or above of experience, preferably with a property developer.

• Good knowledge of DMC and residential sales brochure regulations.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently under deadline pressure.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
