Revenue Manager / Revenue Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Manage or support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including project setup, billing, collections, and regional cash conversion cycles.
- Execute monthly revenue close activities, ensuring strict compliance with revenue recognition accounting standards and internal policies.
- Drive regional revenue forecasting, reforecasting, and budgeting, while providing variance analysis to highlight key drivers and performance trends.
- Oversight or execution of the billing function, ensuring accurate invoicing, proactive accounts receivable management, and working capital control.
- Champion process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to maximize operational efficiency.
- Partner with regional and global business stakeholders to align revenue workflows and implement commercial best practices across Hong Kong, China, and Singapore.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- 2 to 6+ years of experience in revenue accounting, billing operations, revenue forecasting, or revenue recognition.
- Experience in project-based industries (e.g., professional services, consulting, agency, legal, or advertising) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with business leaders.
- Familiarity with robust ERP systems; hands-on experience with NetSuite is a significant advantage.
