This position is specifically designed for a portfolio-focused Relationship Manager, acting as a "Strategic Farmer" to cultivate high-quality books of existing HNW/UHNW clients.
Inherit and manage an assigned portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
Cultivate and deepen existing relationships, converting retail and commercial clients into the Private Bank.
Ensure intergenerational wealth remains within the firm through proactive succession planning.
Navigate the bank’s internal pipelines to capture "Wealth Events" from corporate and investment banking clients.
Manage clients with multi-jurisdictional needs, including overseas mortgages, trusts, and international accounts.
Utilise the 2026 digital infrastructure to tailor Lending and Credit solutions, such as Lombard loans and insurance financing.
Drive AUM growth and ROI through a focus on FX, insurance, and discretionary mandates.
skills & experience required.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Relationship Management, preferably within a large-scale international bank.
Proven track record in "Deepening" client relationships and analysing complex balance sheets.
Strong internal navigation skills with the ability to work across different departments (Corporate, Investment Banking).
SFC Type 1 & 4 licensing is mandatory for this position.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous for the Hong Kong market.
A client-centric mindset with a deep understanding of HNW/UHNW wealth needs and cross-selling strategies.
