Define the long-term vision and tactical roadmap for an AI-enhanced development platform to boost internal engineering efficiency.
Spearhead the transition of Digital Twin concepts from initial pilot phases into robust, production-grade tools.
Oversee the full innovation funnel, including market scanning, rapid prototyping, and the scaling of successful experiments.
Act as the primary translator between business units and technical teams, converting strategic goals into functional specs and user stories.
Establish rigorous success metrics and ROI tracking for all AI initiatives to ensure measurable business impact.
Direct vendor relationships, from the initial RFP and selection process through to delivery governance and SLA management.
Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional departments including Risk, Security, Compliance, and IT Operations.
skills & experience required.
University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related Business Analytics field.
At least 6 years of professional experience in Product Management, ideally within a large-scale corporate or fintech environment.
Proven background in delivering AI or Machine Learning products, with specific knowledge of SDLC automation and developer tools.
Technically proficient in hybrid cloud environments and large-scale data integration frameworks.
Prior experience with Digital Twin technology or advanced industrial analytics is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead Agile delivery cycles and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
Excellent communication skills in English; the ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is beneficial for internal collaboration.
Strong vendor management capabilities with a focus on quality assurance and cost-effective delivery.
