About the Job
As a Functional Project Manager, you will operate as an independent contributor and take full end-to-end ownership of the Headquarter Slide Project, a critical initiative focused on driving regional alignment under the HK hub.
Your core duties include:
Project Ownership: Act as the primary driver for regional initiatives from concept to delivery.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate with offshore teams, external vendors, and internal business units.
Process Mapping: Navigate and optimize front-to-back office operational workflows.
Executive Presentation: Synthesize complex requirements into structured, high-impact decks for senior leadership.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience: 4–5 years in a structured, execution-focused role. Perfect fit for consultants looking to move in-house, or generalist PMs/Operations professionals.
Industry: Banking experience is NOT required. We value drive and methodology over industry background.
Key Strengths: Exceptional communication, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to work independently without a team to delegate to.
