Partner with cross-functional business units to diagnose operational bottlenecks and conduct scoping workshops.
Synthesise vague business requirements into highly structured functional specifications, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Evaluate current-state technical architectures against future-state corporate goals to conduct rigorous delta and gap analyses.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design scalable integration solutions across the procurement ecosystem.
Establish comprehensive testing frameworks, draft end-user validation scripts, and orchestrate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
Govern configuration setups and maintain strict defect tracking and resolution workflows.
Facilitate smooth regional system rollouts by authoring high-quality knowledge-base manuals and conducting training sessions for regional end-users.
skills & experiences required.
Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent technical discipline.
Minimum of 2–3 years of proven track record in systems analysis, preferably gained within FMCG, Global Sourcing, Logistics, or Enterprise Retail environments.
Solid command of software delivery frameworks, particularly Agile/Scrum or standard Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC).
Hands-on experience navigating modern project management suites, specifically ticket-tracking platforms like JIRA and collaborative wikis like Confluence.
Excellent professional English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional fluency in regional business languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese will be deemed a significant asset for cross-border projects.
Strong critical thinking skills with the resilience and agility to pivot approaches when solving complex system issues.
Exceptional interpersonal and diplomacy skills to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and build cross-departmental rapport.
