We are seeking a proactive Assistant Office Administrator for a 12-month contract to oversee office management, relocation projects, and daily operations. - Provide comprehensive administrative and office management services, including overseeing office renovation and relocation projects.
- Manage office supplies, stationery procurement, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle daily expense reimbursements and financial record-keeping for the department.
- Distribute and deliver internal and external documents; outdoor work is required for banks, government departments, and post offices.
- Organise company events and employee engagement activities, such as annual dinners and birthday parties.
- Execute temporary tasks and additional administrative duties as assigned by senior management.
skills & experience required.
- Associate Degree, Diploma holder, or above in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in office administration, with priority given to candidates with experience in renovation projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and proficient in Chinese and English typing.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin; ability to read and comprehend English.
- Strong familiarity with the Hong Kong local business environment and culture.
- A team player who is responsible, proactive, and able to work independently when required.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
