As an Infrastructure Lead, you will:
Drive the end-to-end implementation of critical network initiatives, aligning infrastructure deployment with global organizational standards.
Oversee multi-vendor hardware ecosystems (including Cisco, Huawei, and H3C) across data and unified communications (VoIP) channels.
Manage SLA compliance and hardware lifecycles with external service providers and vendors.
Lead Tier 2/3 network operational support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure minimal downtime for banking operations.
Standardise, review, and execute network change requests and validation protocols in alignment with standard maintenance windows.
Author and update runbooks, disaster recovery (DR) playbooks, network diagrams, and monitoring frameworks to maintain operational readiness.

The successful candidate will possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, HCIP, HCIE, or equivalent credentials are highly preferred.
A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or enterprise systems administration, ideally within a regulated financial services environment.
Deep technical proficiency in enterprise routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and multi-vendor campus/datacenter switching topologies (Cisco, Huawei, and H3C).
Solid understanding of next-generation firewall (NGFW) deployment and policy management (e.g., Palo Alto, Juniper).
Familiarity with technology risk management frameworks and security compliance standards within the banking sector.
An analytical mindset with a proven track record of thriving under pressure, alongside exceptional stakeholder communication skills.
Fluency in professional English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is mandatory to collaborate effectively with regional teams.
